Since the overpass construction may take some time, delays may be frequent over the next few months; it is suggested that you travel North Road and Lougheed Highway instead of Burnette. Steve Sharpe There's atmosphere, superstition, romance, religious fanaticism, and folk singing in "Dark of the Moon" to be presented by Douglas College April 7,8, and 9 at the James Cowan Theatre in Burnaby. Dark of the Moon combines rustic realism and ghostly fantasy in telling the story of Barbara Allen, a girl from a remote mountain area, who falls in love with a Witch-boy named John. Tickets are $3 for Adults, and $2 for Students and Old Age Pensioners, and they will also be available at the door, INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE COMMITTEE The following is a summary of recommendations made at a meeting of this committee on 17th Feb. ,1977. Wal Ls a) collect and distribute information and ideas a) collect and distribute information and ideas for studies, exchanges, and educational travel opportuni- ties in other countries; b) seek funds or information about sources of funds (grants, bursar- ies, etc.) with which to finance educational travel, studies or exchanges; c) Liaise with the Educational Leave Committee and the College-wide Development Committee in the recommendation of College policy on exchanges and overseas studies. 2. Membership The committee shall comprise representatives of each teach- ing division, the Library div- Q ision, Counselling and Student Services, the Student Society executive and the support staff. 3. Information Will be distributed throughout the College by means of memoranda to the Management Committee, Directors and members of the International Exchange Committee, and by the publication of releases to the Douglas Pinion, Other Press and Mad Hatter.
