Before joining the English faculty at Douglas |
College, Jim McIntosh was a free-lance writer with
credits that include "Front Page Challenge", "Live
a Borrowed Life" and the CBC Network series of
Documentaries "The Public Eye". He also founded
Performing Arts magazine and was both editor and
publisher during its formative years.

In addition to a modest teaching load, Mr. Mcintosh
works with the principal of Douglas College,
Dr. George Wootton, and agreed to write the

following story as a ‘reporter with an obvious
and strong bias".
