’ Notice to Faculty

Would you please bring the follwing information to the attention of
your students.

Students should already be planning their course selection for next
semester.

Group advising sessions, offered every week, provide a quick, efficient
method of determining first-year requirements for university-transfer or
career programs. No appointment is required. For date/time/room of each
session contact the receptionist in the Counselling Centre, Room 2760, or
call 520-5486.

Students requiring second-year or specific major requirements should book
an appointment as soon as possible with one of the following Educational
Planners:

Lorraine Cotter
Muriel Minshall
Linda Stieler

From December 7 until Januray 18, the counselling receptionist will not
be booking appointments. We will be operating on a drop-in basis, first
come, first served.

Students should be aware that there are very few working days in the last
two weeks in December.
