information and Institutional Research Officer East Kootenay Community College requires an Information and Institutional Research Officer. This is a regular full-time management position. Under the supervision of the Dean of Student Services, the Information and Institutional Research Officer is, among other things, responsible for planning, implementating, and administering an effective public relations and information services program for the College; and for a variety of institutional research and fundraising activities. Qualifications: A University degree in a relevant field with an emphasis in areas 3-5 years of related work experience, preferably at a post secondary educational institution. Thorough knowledge of methods and practices of preparing informational material as well as experience in technical writing D, public relations and promotional work, photography, institutional research and fundraising. Ability to relate well and work effectively with the public and college staff, and to effectively research projects and provide data in the appropriate form. Salary: Commensurate with education and qualifications, and in accordance with the College's management salary grid.
