It will be a weekend of triumphant

wins and disappointed losses when WARREN JOHNSON
the Totem College Athletic Associa-
tion stages its B.C. Provincial
Final Basketball championship games
on March 8 and 9 at Douglas College,

On the women's courts Capilano,
Cariboo, Douglas and Vancouver
Community College will be battling
for a trip to the nationals in
Saskatchewan.

Douglas College Royals are Hot!!

The nationally ranked Douglas College
Royals are hot contenders for the
championships against the undefeated
Vancouver Community College club.

Anything can happen on the men's
courts this year as Capilano and
Cariboo College are now tied for
first place in league standings.

The Douglas College Royals is the
only team to defeat the Capilano
College Blues. Subsequently Capilano
College has protested the site
claiming that they don't play well
in the Douglas College gymnasium.

All in all, the event will sport LIBRARY
some excellent college basketball.
