12th Canadian Medical and Biological Engineering Conference
1st International Federation Pan-Pacific Symposium

Program Content 19886 is the year of Man in Motion. CMBEC - 12 will
feature technical sessions on themes relating to Biomedical Engineering in Trans-
portation and Communication Technologies, on Rehabilitation and Clinical Engi-
neering, and on Biomedical Research and Development. The program will also
include keynote addresses by international leaders in the fields, exhibits of the
latest technologies, workshops, a student paper competition, poster sessions, and
range of social activities.

Call for Participants 1986 will be a busy year in Vancouver. Many
groups are now beginning to plan special events to coincide with Expo 86: World
in Motion - World in Touch. If your areas of interest overlap ours, we invite you to
contact the Secretariat and learn more about our plans. Those interested in plan-
ning particular programs or special events are also encouraged to contact the
Secretariat. Authors’ and exhibitors’ kits will be available in May 1985.
