What We propose to offer: e¢ Guaranteed loans to needy part-time students to help cover the cost of tuition fees, learning materials, transportation and related expenses. e An interest relief plan for unemployed graduates to provide for the payment of interest charges due on student loans. Both full and part-time students would be eligible for assistance. ¢ Increased weekly student loan limits to $100 from the current level of $56.25.
