Long, a doctoral student, Department of Educational Administration, The University of Alberta. He has served as a learning assistance counselor at Mount Royal College, Calgary, and as chairman of a Continuing Education Council in northeasterm Alberti, : ere 5 ; Gordon L. Mowat, presently acting Vice-President for Planning at The University of Alberta, Edmonton, has had substantial involvement in post-secondary education. Before serving as Chairman of the Department of Educational Ad- ministration at The University of Alberta, he was chairman of the Board of Post-Secondary Education for the Province of Alberta. William P. Olivier, Associate Professor in Educational Theory, OISE, is the prin- cipal investigator of the Individualization Project for computer-aided learning. Karel Puffer, Academic Vice-President at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, Edmonton, has Previously served in curriculum, instruction, staff development and institutional research at NAIT. Lewis A. Riederer, Director of the College Branch, Department of Continuihg Fducation, Regina, is responsible for the development and operation of com- munity colleges and vocational centres in Saskatchewan, C. Neil Russell, Planning and Research Analyst, Community College Division, Department of Colleges and University Affairs, Manitoba. Doris W. Ryan, Associate Professor of Educational Administration, OISE, Toron- to. Previously she served as a director of student financial aid, George Peabody College, Tennessee, and currently she is working with administrators and governors of colleges in Ontario.
