“er August 26, 1982 ARCHIVES MOVE TO NEW WESTMINSTER PERMANENT CAMPUS As a result of the construction lockout, we have had to change our assumptions regarding the move. 1. Our assumption now is that no students will use the New Westminster Permanent Site prior to October 30, 1982. 2. It is possible that moves of personnel and equip- ment to the site could occur prior to October 30. 3. The Director of Physical Plant and Site Services will inform College personnel who are to be assigned alternative or temporary space as soon as possible. The Director will be working with the Bursar on ac- quiring short term rented or leased space as neces- sary. The Dean of Educational and Student Services is responsible for public information, registration processes, and the generation of an alternative temetable, once space allocations have been made. Preliminary work on an alternative timetable is already in pro- gress. The Dean will be keeping the College community informed of decisions as necessary.
