Anita Hagen officially opened the new
facility in Maple Ridge on October 22.

The $20 million dollar institution includes
both Thomas Haney Secondary School
and a Douglas College campus, the first in
Canada designed to house a secondary
school and a college under a single roof.

"The Provincial government is pleased to
be partners in this enterprise," said
Hagen. "This institution represents our
future in education."
