Enclosed you will find a poster announcing the annual Summer
Course on Human Rights organized by the Canadian Human Rights Foundation.
One of the finest educational programs of its kind, this two-week
course is designed to provide an intensive introduction to domestic
and international human rights issues, laws and institutions.

Participation is open to all persons interested in human rights,
including university students, professors, lawyers, representatives of
civil liberties and minority groups, civil servants, social workers,
journalists, etc. I would be most grateful if arrangements could be
made to post this flyer in an appropriate place.

A limited number of bursaries will be available to students.
