MAD HATTER PAGE 5 PRIDHAM ACCEPTS POSITION | = Dr. Reginald Pridham, Vice-President DOUGLAS COLLEGE Academic at Kwantlen College in Surrey, ARCHIVES since it began in 1981, has accepted the position of President of Alberta College in Edmonton effective September 1, 1985. Alberta College is an independent college established in 1903. I+ specializes in teaching grades 10, 11 and 12 and is involved in post-secondary programs inclu- ding a School of Business, Continuing Education and a nationally famous Conservatory of Music. For Dr. Pridham this appointment represents a return to Edmonton where he was employed by the Edmonton Public School Board from 1967 to 1970. He moved to Douglas College in B.C. in 1970 where he taught business and marketing and served as interim presi- | dent of that institution from 1979 through to the split of Douglas into two colleges - Douglas and Kwantlen - in 1981. He also served as interim president of Kwantlen following the split.
