F:22:1 - To offer counselling, advising, and referral services for students who do not meet admission requirements. F:2:2 - To offer remedial courses and programs in reading, writing, computation, and other subject areas. OBJECTIVE Fs3 To ensure maximum course and program accessibility by special groups. To adapt admissions testing and procedures to special needs students. Feet F:3:2 - To adapt courses and programs to students with varying levels of learning ability. F:3:3 - To encourage the development of courses and programs of Adult Special Education. F:3:4 -— To ensure that physical barriers and impediments to disabled students are minimized. F:3:5 - To increase articulation of College courses and programs | with high school courses, and with courses and programs at other colleges and institutes and at the universities. OBJECTIVE F:4 To provide educational opportunities for educationally disadvan- taged adults and those whose personal circumstances restrict educa- tional opportunity. Fr4:1 - To offer courses and programs which may be completed on a part-time or full-time basis, through day or evening attendance. Fr4s2 - To support courses and programs offered on the Knowledge Network of the West, and by the use of the Open Learning Institute. Fr4:3 - To provide support through the maintenance of counselling ane advising services, the Women’s Centre, and a Day Care entre. Fr4:4 - To develop techniques of information distribution which will increase College enrollment from these segments of the regional population. i
