As we have only one terminal, we strongly recommend pre-book- ing well in advance whenever possible (written requests are easier for us). We also remind you that early bookings for materials from other institutions is recommended. A large number of new items have been acquired recently. If you do not have access to a catalogue in 9 your curriculum base, please con- tact us for one. We have purchased two 27" video monitors. However, we still have difficulty meeting all requests, particularly for recording equip- ment. In order to help us meet your needs, please submit requests well in advance. Almost all of the video collec- tion is now housed in the listening lab. These materials may be taken out overnight (due 9:00 a.m. the fol- lowing morning). Please let your students know about our facilities. The Audio-Visual staff look for- ward to serving our old customers and meeting the new faculty. If you are new, drop by and see the preview rooms and listening lab, and introduce yourself to the A-V department.
