Dear President Day,

I would like to tell you how pleased my colleagues and I were
with your warm welcome and hospitality while we were at Douglas
College this summer. All of us are most appreciative.

Professor Kusaka and the sixteen students came back to Osaka
on September 1. They say they enjoyed the summér: pregram with
Mrs. Selman and her assistants at your institution. Please
give my best regards to your faculty and staff.

The weather here has suddenly turned cool, and our new semester
just started this week. We will be busy planning our new
international programs.

We look forward to a good working relationship with Douglas
