Filmed mostly on location throughout the Lower Mainland, "Living with the River,"is a co-operative production of the cable stations of Burnaby, Coquitlam, Delta, Richmond, Surrey and White Rock, along with the Institute of Environmental Studies and the Community Communications Centre of Douglas College.
