Lorraine Students Enter Canadian Open Badminton Tournament hree players from the Douglas College Bad- minton team participated in the Canadian Open, which was held in Montreal, October 30 to November 4. Sian Deng made it to the semi-finals in women’s singles, the finals in women’s doubles, and the semi-finals in mixed doubles. Chantel Jobin, reached the quarter finals in women’s doubles and mixed doubles. Peter Chen made it to the second round in men’s singles and the quarter finals of mixed doubles, teaming up with Chantel Jobin. m
