SUPERVISOR OF SCHEDULING AND STATISTICS

Reporting to the Director of Records and Scheduling in the Registrar’s Office,
the incumbent, as part of a management team, will be responsible for the
supervision and operation of a computer based scheduling system.
Responsibilities include scheduling classes and examinations, allocating
classroom space, preparing Registration Handbook and Timetable, compiling
data and providing statistical analyses and reports.

The successful candidate should possess an undergraduate degree in
Computing Science/Mathematics and/or Business Administration, in addition
to five years related experience. Knowledge of computer information

system is essential. Must have excellent written and verbal communication
skills.

Salary Range $23,390 - $29,238
