REVISED OWNER OCCUPANCY SCHEDULE

NEW WESTMINSTER PERMANENT CAMPUS

In consultation with our Construction Manager, we list below our current assumptions
relative to the occupancy schedule for the New Westminster Permanent Campus. This
schedule supercedes that printed in the June 7th edition of the MAD HATTER.

Please note that these dates are our current "best guess’ and although we hope to
be able to meet this schedule, guarantees cannot be given.
