MEETING SCHEDULE .

The following is a cross-college monthly meeting schedule. I am
bringing it to your attention to remind you of the schedule and to ask
your co-operation in planning your meetings consistent with this schedule.
Please use this if at all possible so that we may avoid unnecessary meet-
ing conflicts.

To avoid problems due to some Mondays being holidays, some campus
meetings would need to be brought forward or postponed a week. It is
therefore advisable to plan your meeting schedule a semester at a time.

CROSS-COLLEGE MONTHLY MEETING SCHEDULE
Monday and Wednesday 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
