ARCHIV'S DOUGLAS COLLEGE JOINT JOB EVALUATION COMMITTEE ea The first meeting of the Douglas College Joint Job Evaluation Committee took place Monday, October 1, 1979. Members of the Standing Committee include: Susan Somers and Michael Ruskin-Union; M.H. Morfey, L.C. Laurie and J.T. Beardsley-Administration. One position currently vacant is reserved for the B.C.G.E.U. The meeting was concerned primarily with mechanisms to ensure smooth and timely operation of the Standing Committee. A form "Request for Re-Evaluation" was approved and will be printed and made available for use shortly. The committee will meet bi-monthly on the first Thursday,.ofythe month. The next meeting of the Committee will take place Thursday, December 6, 1979 at the New Westminster Campus. As a result ail campus Admissions Offices will have only minimal service and staffing for that one day. -..-.Ken Battersby TD-3 FORMS Sometimes (around April 30) there are some of us who wish there had been more deductions taken off our salary so we wouldn't have to pay those enormous tax bills. Sometimes, even those people who hopefully fill out Td-1 forms as single still end up paying - well I have the answer!
