as a result of increased productivity, the maintenance of
purchasing power, and funding for designated programs.

2. The College will remain a comprehensive institution,
offering:

A. Academic Programs
B.° Career-Technical Programs
Cc. Community-Based Programs

Vocational Programs

with appropriate student services to ensure access and

maintenance of these activities.

3 Capital facility expenditures will be limited to the

requirements of new programs.
4. Operating capital for new programs will only be available
from the Minister of Education, for Provincial priority

programs, or from other co-operating agencies.

Dy College programs will reflect employer-defined needs and

community-expressed needs for education and training.

6. The College facilities and/or contract services and programs -

will generate significant revenue.
