Permanent Campus Administrators of Reference and Chairmen
of Users' Groups by the time you receive this edition of
the MAD HATTER. It is being included in this publication
in order that all personnel may be aware of the current
status of the capital budget development, and particularly
what occurred at the meeting between members of our
Project Development Committee and Ministry officials at
the end of May.
