DOUGLAS COLLEGE:
Many people in the Province are carrying
identity cards which are no longer valid
or are in poor condition. We are there-
fore issuing new identity cards to all
subscribers who are currently insured.
The new cards are purple and have the
date of issue printed to the right of
the effective date of coverage. ;

Enclosed are the new identity cards for
your group. Also included are identity
cards which would normally have been
mailed to you this week as a result of
recently proposed applications and
changes. Be sure to detach and retain
the Employers' Record Card for your
files.

IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THESE CARDS BE
DISTRIBUTED IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE:

1. In the near future, practitioners
and medical facilities in the
Province will accept only these new
purple cards when providing service.

2. Queries from employees who have not
received their new cards will be
referred to you office.

Responsibilities will include academic
and personal counseling, teaching an
incoming minority student seminar course,
assisting the Admissions and Financial

student life activities on campus, and
advising students on career planning.
