Notice Board APRIL FOOL'S DINNER/DANCE All administration, faculty, staff, student government and executives of our college newspapers are invited to attend the college's April 1 dinner/dance. (al] ools, in other words...) : This bash will be held at the Town - & Country Inn at 6005 Highway 17 at Highway 499 in Delta. (because the greatest percentage of our employees live in the Richmond/Delta/Vancouver area). The dinner will be a hot & cold buffet (hope the right things are hot and the right ones cold); and quite reasonably-priced drinks. -Drinks: 6:30 p.m. -Meals: 7:30 p.m. -Disco Dance: 10 p.m. - 1 a.m. Cost is $11 a person, companions invited; or $3 a person for the dance, which starts at 9:30 p.m. There is room for 250 at dinner, and 300 in all. We'd like to fill the room so buy your ticket today. March 28 is the last day to buy tickets for the dinner & dance; but dance-only tickets will be sold until the room is full. Tickets available in all Admissions/ Counselling areas or from Chris Johnson. ANNOUNCEMENT NEW PROGRAM: MUSIC INSTRUMENT REPAIR TECHNICIAN Bill Day takes pleasure in announcing approval by the Ministry of Education for a Music Instrument Repair Technician Program - unique, we believe, to Canada - to be offered at Douglas College in the near future.
