The Training Committee is
pleased to offer a workshop on
Conflict Resolution in the
Workplace to Douglas College
support staff.

Conflict in the workplace
often occurs when people hold
different points of view. A cer-
tain degree of conflict is
inevitable because co-workers
will always see and value things
differently. This workshop will:
- trace the causes of conflict

identify individual patterns of

reacting to conflict

- examine methods of resolving
conflicts

- practice resolution methods

The workshop is scheduled
