OBJECTIVE D:1 To implement a labour force monitoring system. D:1:1 — Labour force indicators wit! be obtained from national, provincial and regional agencies. Di122 - Student demand will be generated through advertising and secondary school liaison. Di1:3 -— Student demand will be assessed through monitoring of applications and program wait lists. Dsir4 Employment opportunities will be evaluated through the imput of external advisory committees. OBJECTIVE D:2 To maximize occupational training opportunities for students, transferability will be established with other institutions. D:2:1 - All provincial colleges, institutes, and universities will be considered as outlets for transferability through articulation and transfer arrangements. Dr:2:2 - Cooperative educational programs will be established with business and industry. OBJECTIVE D:3 To establish the TRAC program at the common and occupational core and selected specialty level. D:3:1 - The College will identify TRAC program areas for development. D:3:2 - The College will articulate common and occupational core programs with regional secondary schools.
