DC Royal Mike Quong (David Lam) Practice continues for the Douglas College men’s rugby team as they prepare to . tackle the second half of the 1998-99 season. They'll play against the University of Victoria this Saturday, January 30 at home. The remainder of the season breaks down like this. They have seven games remaining, three at home and four on Rugby _AllNHL“Paytowatch” team the road. They'll play at Burnaby on February 6, versus Kats on February 20, at UBC on February 27, versus Langley on March 6, at Capilano on March 13, versus Richmond on March 20 and at the Vancouver Rowing Club on March 27. The team looks to be in relatively good shape and should be a driving force in the second half of the season. Es week the OP sports ‘department brought you the “All NFL pay to watch team.” This week, we're going to look at a team of NHLers who draw fans to the gate. _F-Pavel Bure, Florida Pan- ithers—If you're sitting down when he’s on a breakaway, check your pulse. C-Eric Lindros, Philedelphia Flyers—He scores and he hurts people, what else do you want (besides a ring). F-Paul Karyia, Anaheim Mighty Ducks—When he’s not being knocked unconscious by illegal elbows, Karyia is one of the most exciting players on the ice. D-Ray Bourque, Boston Bruins—It's not scary that he’s so good, it’s scary how long he’s been so good. 4 D-Ed Jovanowski, Vancouver Canucks—He took on Lindros and survived. Is Messier going to draw fans next year? G-Dominik Hasek, Buffalo Sabres—Some purists hate his style, but they have to admit it’s fun to watch.
