IV. COURSE IMPLEMENTATION

The Co-ordinating Committee shall refer to the Department of
Education every completed training program. It will be the responsibility
/ of the Department of Education to:
/ 1. Involve the appropriate melded colleges or vocational schools,

or B.C.I.T. in discussions as to where the program will be ©

offered and make the final deéisions on the location of programs.

2. Establish the necessary financial and admimistrative arrangements
to allow the program to proceed.
: 3. Ensure the quality of instruction and the progress of training programs
' dn the institutions by making any inspectims necessary for this

purpose.
