The College is currently using 10,000 of the "Inter-departmental
Envelope" annually, which appears to be excessive, particularly
as each envelope can be used theoretically 46 times.

In an effort to decrease the annual cost of these envelopes, it

is requested that:

a. all partially-used envelopes held, surplus to requirements,
be returned to the Bookstore.

b. all fully-used envelopes be returned to the Printing
Office, as they can be used for other purposes.
