Prepared in response to reviews and studies of computing and educational technology services at the College, the draft plan covers issues of service reliability, customer support, planning, structures and processes, user involvement, access to resources, training, security, copyright and staffing. All employees are encouraged to read and respond to the document before March 14, so it can be used as part of overall planning and budgeting for the 1997-98 fiscal year.
