Breakfast Club Meet- ing on March 23 at 7:30 a.m. in the Douglas Room. The A.M. New Westminster Breakfast Club meets on alternate Friday mornings in various locations throughout the community and always has a guest speaker of interest to those people belonging to this community. Mr. Paul Gleeson, Director of Development for Cambridge Shopping Centres, will be guest speaking at the March 23rd meeting and the Enterprise Centre would welcome those of you interested to please attend the meeting. After the meeting, the Enterprise Centre will be doing a presentation on the services, programs, and resources currently available through the Centre. Please R.S.V.P. to Eugene at 526-4808 or local 5496 before March 22nd for the Centre Presentation and/or the Breakfast Club Meeting. @ Women’s Volleyball Another bronze for women The 1989/90 volleyball season came to a close this weekend for the Douglas College Women’s team when they were defeated by Trinity Western University in the semi- finals of the B.C. Championships. The team captured the Bronze Medal by easily defeating Capilano College in three straight games. The team enjoyed a successful year with a 9-3 record and will be back next year with an even stronger commitment to excellence. Leading the team with their strong play, not only this weekend, but all year, were veteran middle blocker Sue Sharp and first-year power hitter Tanya Hall. @ briefs Bookstore Closure Please be advised that the bookstore will be closed for inven- tory on March 29 and 30.
