DOUGLAS COLLEGE MAD HATTER PAGE 5 ARCHIVES Each Division will be required to identify, a) the functions/services it is now performing b) the functions/services it optimally should perform ¢) the functions/services it is capable of performing Each Division will be required to provide, a) an analysis of its priorities for service to Women Learners b) an estimate of costs of services ‘The Manager of the Special Programme Unit will act as a resource person for Divisions and will provide background information on educational ‘issues, research findings, and statistical information, and typical barriers to women entering or staying in College. The review procedures will commence in the Fall semester with an initial meeting of the Dean of Commmunity Programs and Services and the Manager of the Special Programme Unit for Women and each Dean with his Directors. Each Division's response to the issues specified will be forwarded to the Dean of Community Programs and Services who, together with the Manager of the Special Programme Unit for Women, will be responsible for integrating the responses and for preparing a final proposal for the Management Committee (College Policy and Planning Committee). The Review and Reporting procedures for the by April 15, 1982. The final Report of the Dean Services will be presented to the College Folicy May 31, 1982. Divisions must be completed of Community Programs and and Planning Committee by
