2. Maximum of 3 snap shot size pictures
per person - black and white or colour.

3. No slides unless presented in snap shot
size pictures.

4. Name, address and phone number must be
marked on the back of each picture.

5. Negatives will be requested of the ten
best pictures in order that enlargemnts
can be made. The negatives will be re-
turned.

6. Upon completion of display, the 10 en-
larged pictures will be presented to
the winners at an appropriate meeting
of the City Council.

7. Photographs, will not be returned and
will be included in the City's perm-
anent record of the Royal Visit.

8. The selection committee decision is
final and the City does not assume the
responsibility for expenses incurred
by those participating in the contest.

9. Competition closes Friday, April 22,
1983 at 4:30 p.m.

10. Winners will be announced on May 24,
1983.
