ARCHIVES ai END OF SEMESTER GRADES

Just a final reminder and confirmation of end of semester
grade submission dates and procedures.

Date Detail
80-12-17 (Wed) Grades due for all courses without final
12:00 Noon Grades should be handed in to campus
Principal/Vice-Principal on campus upon
which the course was taught.
(Note: These grades may be sent to Surrey
Admissions by whatever means you consider

appropriate).
80-12-29 (Mon) All_ grades due in office of campus
9:00 a.m. Principal/Vice-Principal.
80-12-20 (Mon) Admissions staff will pick up grades from
12:00 Noon campuses or Principals/Vice-Principals
will deliver grades to Surrey. (Note: We

will arrange this on an individual basis
with each campus).

80-12-29 (Mon) Grade cards will be submitted to S.F.U.
Data Centre for processing. Grade lists
and Data Mailers with unverified semester
results will be prepared.

80-12-30 (Tue) Data Mailers mailed in the morning. Grade
lists will be distributed by Admissions to

: all campuses for verification.
81-01-02 (Fri) Verified grade lists will be picked up by
10:30 a.m. Admissions or Principals/Vice-Principals

will deliver to Surrey Admissions. Any
grade changes will be prepared and data
Sent to S.F.U. Data Centre. Corrected
grade lists will be produced over the
weekend.

81-01-06 (Tue) First day of Spring 1981 Registration.

Your cooperation in ensuring that all grades are submitted,
particularly from sessional instructors, and by the Dec. 29
deadline is important and appreciated. One and one-half day
turn around for grade list verification is also essential
given our time constraints. Please call me for further in-
formation or clarification.
