College personnel may book any space within the securable area of any Curriculum Field Base by booking directly with the clerical person responsible in the Curricul- um Field Base. b. Persons external to the College re- quiring the use of space within a Curriculum Field Base shall apply to the office of Director of Phys- ical Plant and Site Services (Pat Thomasson). That office will book the space through the clerical per- son in the Curriculum Field Base. The fourth floor South/West and the total Library is classified as a Curriculum field Base. ALL OTHER SPACES This space includes meeting areas, pub- lic space inclusive of the main Theatre, the two Lecture Theatres, the Concourse, and use of instructional space for non- instructional purposes. This space will be booked through the office of the Director of Physical Plant and Site Services (Pat Thomasson). RENTALS Any group, agency or person using Col- lege facilities for purposes that are neither College sponsored nor co-spon- sored, shall be construed to be a ren- ter. They will be required to complete appro- priate forms, acknowledgements of re- sponsibility, and make whatever pay- ments may be appropriate through the office of the Director of Physical Plant and Site Services (Pat Thomasson). STUDENT SERVICES - WINSLOW SITE Effective September 7, 1982, Student Ser- vices will be reinstituted at Winslow as a result of not moving to the new site.
